The Fraser fir (Abies fraseri) is a short-needled tree known for its strong scent and sturdy branches. Fraser firs are perennial Christmas trees favorites that retain their needles well. They are closely related to balsam firs. We also have Canaan firs, which are a hybrid of balsam and Fraser firs.
