The white pine (Pinus strobus) is a fast-growing tree notable for its long, soft needles and flexible branches. Our white pines have the characteristic "cone" shape, as seen at right.

Needle Length: ~3-5 inches

Coloring: Needles are dull to bright green and blunt. Trunk is silver-grey with smooth bark.
